How far are you from the nearest station?
1 min walk from JR Ueno Station Asakusa side of central exit.
What time is the check in/out?
Standard check in time is from 3pm, and check out before 10am, however, certain packages allow early check in or late check out.We will be glad to hold your bags before checking in or after checking out. Please ask our front desk agent.
Can you hold my bags before checking in or after checking out?
Yes.
We will be glad to hold them at the front desk.
You may walk a lot traveling within Tokyo, therefore, we recommend you to leave your bags with us to travel light.
There is no time limit for holding bags, however, please let us know if you are not returning on the same day.
Can I send my bags in advance?
Yes.

No room charge will be applied to children preschool age or younger, not requiring a separate bed.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes.
As non-smoking rooms are limited, please be sure to give us the request when making a reservation.
Does your restaurant serve dinner?
Unfortunately, our restaurant is not open for dinner, however, there are many restaurants nearby.
Our front desk agent will be glad to give you recommendations.
Do you have ice machine?
Yes.
It is at the first floor in front of the front desk. (Complimentary)
Do you have vending machine?
Yes.
We have vending machines on each floor.
Do you have coin-operated washer and dryer?
Yes.
We have them on the 2nd floor.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservation must be cancelled at least two (2)days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid cancellation charges. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
One (1) day prior to the scheduled check-in date: 20% of regular room rate.
The day of the scheduled check-in date: 50% of regular room rate.
No Show : 100% of regular room rate.
If you have trouble coming to the hotel due to the cancellation or delay of public transportation, please call us.
When notified, we will not charge the cancellation fee.
Is there Internet access?
Yes.
All rooms have complementary High Speed internet access.  
If you need LAN cable, or laptop, please contact the front desk agent.
Do you accept credit card?
Yes,
we accept credit cards.
Do you have curfew?
For security reasons, the entrance door will be locked at 1am.
When returning to hotel after 1am, please use the interphone at the entrance and call for hotel staff.
We will unlock the door for you.
When staying multiple nights, can I stay in the same room?
Yes.
You may leave your bags in your room during your stay; however, please keep the valuable with you or at the front desk.
We may not be able to accommodate you in the same room when you decide to add the number of nights after checked in.
When staying multiple nights, can I use the room after 10am?
Yes.
Although all rooms are cleaned between 10:00AM to 2:00PM, if you are staying multiple nights in the same room, you are welcome to stay and use the room after 10AM.
If you prefer specific time for housekeeping, please contact our front desk.
Do you accept unaccompanied minors?
Yes, however, consent by a parent or guardian is required by the government.
A written consent needs to be submitted when checking in. Junior High School students or younger children cannot stay unless accompanied by an adult.
Is there a convenience store near the hotel?

There is "Family Mart" 1min walk from the hotel.
Is there an ATM machine near the hotel?
Yes.
ATM machines provided by Mizuho Bank and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ are available within 1min by walk. For other ATM machines, please ask our front desk agent.
Can you guide me to the sightseeing spots.
We will be happy to provide you with information.
