Notice of Exterior Wall Repair Work on the Annex Building

Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel New Ueno.
We would like to inform our guests that exterior wall repair work will be carried out on the Annex Building during the period indicated below.
The hotel will remain open and operate as usual throughout the construction period. However, protective sheeting will be installed around the building, which may affect the view from guest rooms. In addition, scaffolding will be erected outside the windows, and construction workers may be working or passing near the windows during the day. While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, some construction activities may generate noise during working hours.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Construction Period: Approximately two months from May 11, 2026 Weekdays only
Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. 〜 5:00 p.m.

Parking Reservation Information

Guests may use the affiliated Ueno Parking Center. (JPY 3,000 for the first night, and JPY 1,500 per night from the second night onward.)
Reservations must be made by phone by the day before your intended use. (Excluding peak seasons.)
Please note that same-day reservations are not available.

Halal and Religious Dietary Requirements

Hotel New Ueno does not provide special meals based on religious dietary requirements, including Halal-certified meals.
In addition, we are unable to accommodate specific cooking facilities or preparation methods in accordance with particular religious or cultural requirements.
